Public Service Announcement (PSA) Guidelines Our mission is to serve the needs of East Tennessee as a community partner affecting positive change by educating, entertaining and challenging minds. We follow this guiding principal in everything we do and believe it's important to use our resources to help this great community.Our public service announcement program is one form of outreach we provide. Last year alone, we produced and aired more than 900 PSAs for area nonprofits.While we would like to help all the nonprofits in our area, we cannot guarantee PSAs for all organizations that apply.
