As a nonprofit, viewer-supported television station and the local PBS affiliate, we depend on individual donations to make our award-winning programs and educational services possible. Supporters like you represent the single largest source of funding for East Tennessee PBS.
We're proud to provide you with quality local programs like "East Tennessee Stories," "Scholars’ Bowl," "The Dr. Bob Show," "Marshall Andy's, Riders Of The Silver Screen" "The Long March," "Missy Kane's Fit and Fun"; and national PBS programs like "NOVA," "Nature," "NewsHour," "Antiques Roadshow," "Frontline," "Sesame Street," "Masterpiece Theater" and "Curious George."
We pay more than $650,000 a year for the national programs alone. This doesn't include our local programs or productions.
To further support our educational mission, we go beyond our airwaves by providing services like our GED Connection initiative, the "Martha Speaks" Reading Buddies program and the PBS Kids Go! Young Writers Contest - all of which were created to nurture the development and literacy of all East Tennesseans.
Please join our family by becoming a member today. After all, television wouldn’t be the same without East Tennessee PBS and East Tennessee PBS wouldn’t be the same without you.
Please consider giving any amount - all donations make a significant impact.
